The terms and conditions for using our IPTV service

1. Applicability

These terms of service apply to every offer from ArouveStream and to every agreement between ArouveStream and a customer. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2. Services

ArouveStream provides an IPTV service with access to live television channels and video-on-demand (VOD) content. The availability of channels and content may vary and depends on licenses, technical conditions, and changes by content providers. We do our best to guarantee the best possible quality and availability, but cannot guarantee 100% availability.

3. Subscriptions

We offer the following subscription options:

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees or installation costs. Each subscription includes credentials for 1 device. For multiple devices, purchase additional subscriptions.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in advance via one of our offered payment methods: Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), PayPal, or Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin). After receiving payment, your subscription will be activated within 5 minutes. You will receive an invoice via email. We do not use automatic billing; you only pay when you actively renew.

5. Activation

After payment, you will receive your login credentials via WhatsApp within 5 minutes. You can then start using the service immediately on all supported devices. If you have not received your credentials within 15 minutes, please contact us via WhatsApp.

6. Free Trial

ArouveStream offers a 24-hour free trial. The free trial is available to new customers only, one per household. Abuse of the free trial (multiple registrations, fake details) may result in permanent exclusion from our service.

7. Money-Back Guarantee

ArouveStream offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. Not satisfied with our service? Get your money back within 7 days of purchase. Conditions: you have used the service for less than 5 hours and have not abused the free trial. Contact us via WhatsApp to request your refund.

8. Duration and Cancellation

Subscriptions are entered into for the chosen duration and automatically expire after the period ends. There is no automatic renewal. You can renew your subscription via WhatsApp. You will receive a reminder via WhatsApp before your subscription ends.

9. Acceptable Use

You may only use the service for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing login credentials with third parties outside your household is not permitted. The number of simultaneous streams is limited to the number of subscriptions you have purchased. Misuse of the service (such as sharing accounts, commercial use, or redistributing content) may lead to immediate termination of the subscription without refund.

10. Technical Support

ArouveStream provides 24/7 technical support via WhatsApp. We help you with installation, problems, and questions. We strive for a response time within 5 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST) and within 2 hours outside business hours. Support is available in English.

11. Availability and Maintenance

We strive for 99.9% availability of our service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via WhatsApp. Unforeseen outages will be resolved as quickly as possible. We accept no liability for temporary unavailability due to force majeure, internet outages, or problems with third parties.

12. Liability

ArouveStream is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, or damages from loss of data. Total liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid to ArouveStream in the 12 months prior to the damage. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

13. Force Majeure

ArouveStream is not required to fulfill any obligation if prevented by circumstances beyond its control and not attributable to its fault under law, legal action, or common practice. Force majeure includes: power outages, internet outages, DDoS attacks, government measures, and supplier problems.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the service, including but not limited to software, logos, texts, and images, belong to ArouveStream or its licensors. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use these materials without prior written permission.

15. Changes to Terms

ArouveStream reserves the right to change these terms. Changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via WhatsApp or email. If you do not agree to the changes, you may choose not to renew your subscription. Your existing subscription will remain under the old terms until the end of the current period.

16. Governing Law

These terms of service and all agreements between ArouveStream and the customer are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ArouveStream operates. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court, unless the law dictates otherwise.

17. Complaint Procedure

Have a complaint about our service? Let us know via WhatsApp or email. We do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction within 14 days. If this is not possible, you can submit your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body or court.

18. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a provision that approximates the original intent as closely as possible.

19. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between ArouveStream and the customer regarding the use of our service. Any previous agreements, whether written or oral, are superseded by these terms.
